WHAT IS OPTI-COAT PRO+ ?
Opti-Coat is a hard wearing, ceramic clear coat for superior resistance to scratching (9H), and protection from chemical etching due to environmental impacts.The Opti-Coat pre-polymer cross links, and forms a continuous protective film on the painted surface it is applied to, similar to a single component isocyanate that forms a clear coat finish.Opti-Coat has better chemical resistance, scratch and mar resistance, and release properties than any automotive paint coating in use. It provides permanent protection for all modern factory paints.
WHAT MAKES OPTI-COAT SO DIFFERENT?
Opti-Coat is not a paint protection wax, sealant or nano coating that will wash away, or break down over time. Opti-Coat bonds permanently with the factory coating, protecting the surface indefinitely and will not delaminate. A single layer of Optimum Clear Coating measures up to 2 microns in thickness. When compared to other paint protection products, Opti-Coat is more than 100 times thicker, with tests showing a wax coating measuring less than 0.02 microns. This allows Opti-Coat to effectively absorb damage that would otherwise affect the factory paint layers. Swirl marks and light scratches are not only decreased by the harder Optimum Ceramic Coating, the factory paint is protected and preserved. Opti-Guard Leather & Vinyl creates a hydrophobic coating with concentrated UV absorbers to protect leather seats and dashboards from premature ageing, cracking, and other damage such as colourtransfer and staining of leather seats.Opti-Guard Leather & Vinyl is an acrylic hybrid resin that creates a strong, yet flexible coating for these softer surfaces and high resistance to chemicals. The coating contains special matting agents to maintain the original factory appearance of the surface it is applied to.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Opti-Guard Leather & Vinyl is applied liberally to the surface and left to be absorbed by the substrate. The resin penetrates the surface to produce a permanent bond within the material. This is particularly important for leather seats that are subjected to constant wear and abrasion. As the coating soaks deep within the leather, it is resistant to be removed through normal use.

Improve Driver Visibility with Opti-Glass Pro!
Opti-Glass Pro is designed to chemically bond to silica based surfaces such as automotive glass, to produce a superhydrophobic film. Opti-Glass Pro will increase driver visibility by repelling water that runs off the windscreen at low speeds, and also reduce stone chipping. Compared to silicone based glass sealants, Opti-Glass Pro has far superior durability and resistance to wiper abrasion.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Opti-Glass Pro works by creating an extremely high contact angle between the glass surface and water. This superhydrophobic surface means that the water droplets struggle to cling to the windscreen and roll off, or are blown off as air passes over the vehicle. This enhances the performance of your windscreen wipers, or negates the need to use them at all! Additionally, Opti-Glass Pro can increase windscreen chip resistance by increasing what is known as the coefficient of friction. This means, as an object comes in contact with the windscreen at speed, it is more likely to be deflected than to damage the glass.

DAMO'S TIP.....
Opti-Coat is the hardest wearing coating available... There are however some simple care methods that should be adhered to to help maintain Opti-Coat's protective properties....
If you have ANY concerns on how to deal with any situation, I STRONGLY suggest that BEFORE you try doing anything yourself... at-least give me a call. It's safer & quicker to get sound advice than it is to do something that may make the situation worse. I am always happy to help so please feel free to contact me.
THE FOLLOWING STANDARDS AND TECHNIQUES WILL ENSURE YOUR OPTI-COAT APPLICATION IS MAINTAINED TO THE HIGHEST STANDARD.
WASHING
Vehicles should be washed fortnightly at a minimum, to avoid excessive contamination build up on the surface.
Avoid washing your vehicle in direct sunlight – heated panels will evaporate water and soap suds, possibly leaving streaks and water spotting on the surface.
Pre-Rinse – remove as much surface contamination as possible before handling the paintwork. Dirt particles are highly abrasive. Pre-rinsing will minimise exposure to the coating.
Wash Cleanest Panels First – Leaving the dirtiest panels last will avoid cross contamination. Usually this involves washing upper surfaces (roof, bonnet, boot) first, followed by upper side panels and leaving lower panels last. NEVER use the same soap and sponge/mitt for wheel cleaning.
Dispose of contaminated water – empty any buckets that become too contaminated and refill with fresh, clean soap.
DRYING
Always dry the vehicle completely and never allow to “air dry”. Tap water contains minerals. When the water evaporates, these minerals are deposited on the surface creating “waterspots” or “watermarks”. As the minerals harden with heat they can be extremely difficult to remove from the surface.
Use specialised microfibre drying cloths – such as waffle weave drying towels or microfibre chamois. Avoid excessive wiping of the surface and allow the absorbent material to soak up surface water. Low pressure rinsing also known as “sheeting” can remove excess water and make drying easier.
SPOT REMOVAL OF SURFACE CONTAMINATION
Never use abrasive products to polish the coating and remove spot contamination.

Surface contamination such as bird droppings, tar, tree sap should be removed as soon as possible to avoid temporary staining of the coating and/or hardening on the surface requiring professional removal.
